| I was given the opportunity by Ingenious to work in one of their client's company last year. I wasn't sure what the employees would look for, but decided it was a wonderful opportunity for me to express how blessed I am to be employed with such a great group of people. With no working experience, the awesome people from Ingenious who took me under their wing, showed a lot of patience with me and above all else, taught me to always do the next right thing. With all things taught to me I manage to get a job in a reputable multinational company. | When I first graduate and left college few years back, I was fresh and job opportunity does not come by that easily. Then I came across and get to know about Agensi Pekerjaan Ingenious Sdn Bhd through one of my relative. From there, I have been given the chance and landed myself with a contract to work with their client, among the Fortune 500 Companies. Even though the job I had been offered was not the one I am desired, but it has been exceptionally challenging and rewarding. Through out these 2 years of experiences working with their client, I have found it pleasurable and knowledgeable. Colleagues at Ingenious and client's place were very helpful with a joyous and supportive spirit to provide the care and encouragement when needed. | I was a contract staff under Ingeniousjob who was providing services to MNCs. I worked as a Project Coordinator in HR Department. This was my first job after I graduated from my college. I worked happily during my tenure with an engineering company because the colleagues were very nice. Throughout my employment with Ingeniousjob, they had provided good services and advice to me when I faced difficulties. For instances, when I am confused and down hearing some politic in the company, Ingeniousjob had provided prompt advice and support to me on how to face the problems. In addition, when I have queries on leave and HR related issue they will answer me within the same day or the latest by the next day. Ingeniousjob will never delayed to release their staff's salary. They are very well managed and always keep me update on the latest news such as the changes of EPF contribution, etc. In short, they are very professional in all handling and I really appreciate and enjoy working under them because the consultants are very friendly and supportive. | I found it hard to find a promising job after I graduate. Most job agencies only offer me jobs in customer service, telemarketing or sales. That was the last job I would look for as I graduated from UM in Computer Science. Most job agencies that I went for interview will only offer me jobs related to my qualification which is in IT industry. But I was surprised when Ingenious offered me my current job as a Project Engineer. The company I work for is a MNC company involving in various industries and Oil and Gas was one of it. Not only it is a professional job, it is also a promising one. I can say that Ingenious thinks out of the box in order to expand our capabilities to not only to work in what we studied for but to become someone we might not think we can be. I never thought I would be in Oil and Gas industry as most employers only look for engineering graduates. | For the past one year, Ingenious has been a great support to me during my employment with them,. They have been very timely in their salary payment and I’ve experienced no delays. Also, they showed concern for my well being and development and have done some follow up now and then by giving me phone calls to see how I’m doing. And when there are any queries or problems, they are quick to respond and resolve any issues.
