- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in any field.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Experience in liaising with tender of project will be added advantage.
- Outgoing with good communication skills and able to interact with all level of people.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Possess own transportation.
Responsibilities
- Fully understand and the ability to apply the Profit Accelorator Tool, Marketing Partnership Program, Profit Quick in order to develop new area’s of business opportunity with our customers.
- Develop customers Sales team in the value of selling digital print
- Increase profitability and customer satisfaction in conjunction with service
- Participating in developing account strategies.
- Assuring the technical validity and interoperability of the solution and its direct relationship to the customers' business objectives.
- Developing implementation plan, working with the company, customers, and third-party resources. Obtain commitment to activities and schedule.
- Establish customer work-flow processes and policies for end-customers and account associates.
- Educate and train the customer and account associates on designing, preparing, and producing quality documents.
- Segment our key customers by market leaders, risk takers and followers.
- To provide support to SR/Specialist on how to use the tools in business development activities
- Facilitate monthly meetings in order to review and agree the programs that will be implemented for these accounts.
- Increase print volumes and annuity revenue in the customer base through new applications and volume growth
- Arrange, coordinate and attend customer “monthly post-sales” meeting
- To prepare and provide monthly report to management
- To carry out other task as instructed from time to time
