Requirements
• Under general direction, manages the FMS contract to ensure that the account delivers:
- Excellence in customer satisfaction and strong customer relationships by focusing on responsiveness and communications as well as on meeting and/or exceeding customer’s expectations
- Financial excellence by focusing on planned and growth targets for revenue, gross margin, NOA and ROA
- Operational excellence by focusing on competency, responsiveness, quality and productivity
- Continuous improvement through innovation, knowledge management and leadership
- Utilizing qualified and experienced resources.
• Provide strong leadership, strategic, operational and financial support to Local Country Account.
• Responsibilities will include driving Continuous Improvement initiatives; managing various transition activities; driving profitable pull-through business; relationship management and dispute resolution; identification of cost savings opportunities; and generally supporting the Account Leads to achieve their financial and service-level goals.
Responsibilities
• Diploma / Depgree in any discipline
• Good English commnucation skill and able to speak Mandarin is in advance
• Preferably from telesales or helpdesk background
• Willingness to offer service or solution & business mindedness to sell more
• Tactfulness
• Basic understanding of Credit Noted & Debit Notes
• Computer literate
• Willing to work in Damansara Uptown, PJ
