Requirements • Manage the Company’s entire investor relations program • Liaison between senior management and financial community, institutional investors and shareholders. • Manage the transmission of information eg. company’s policy on corporate governance or cooperation social responsibility. • Lead and present report on financial health of the Company to the board of directors, management and employees. • Manage and prepare various quarterly, annual and other public and regulatory communication. • Maintain investor relation web site and compile competitive market intelligence database. • Analyze financial results and KPIs for the Company and its competitors.
