Requirements
• Provide on-going 2nd level application technical and user support and services
• Clarifies issues and communicates with business personnel
• Post implementation review and issues monitoring
• System module usage study
• Enhance system modules/functions to the existing application
• System application upgrade, testing and prepare training materials
• Customization of in-house Contract-to-Billing and Finance System
• Data extraction and transformation
Responsibilities
• Based in the Regional Support Centre (RSC) in Kuala Lumpur, the incumbent is responsible to provide system support function, enhancement, working with end users and conduct system testing.
• Diploma/Degree holder in IT/Computer or related disciplines
• At least 1 year of relevant working experience in Support Services Management.
• Working knowledge and experience in database & reporting design, Crystal Reports, Microsoft Access, Microsoft SQL Server, Navision is an added advantage
• Ability to organize and prioritize all work commitments
• Good team player and able to work under pressure and meet deadline
• Certification in Fundamental ITIL would be advantageous but not essential.
• Effectively bilingual
